ACTIVITIES/INFORMATION (SCHOOL RELATED)

Attention students interested in participation in a fall sport.  To be eligible to play in contest at the start of the Fall season an athlete must be passing five classes at the end of the second semester.

Would you like to compete with drama club in monologue, scenes, or musical numbers??  Thespian competition has been moved to November next year.  If you are interested in competing with us, please join us for an informational meeting after school Tuesday, June 12th in the R.A. Long auditorium.  We hope to see you there!

Seniors if you would like to do the Elementary Walk on Wednesday, June 13 from 8:15-noon, please sign-up at the Activities window.

GSA is hosting an end of the year celebration on Friday the 8th in Room D-5 at 2:45.  Members and people who are interested in joining GSA are invited.

Summer school applications are now available in the guidance office.  Summer school is for credit recovery and health only.  Please come by to talk with a counselor and pick one up if needed.

ALL Fall Athletes- FamilyID is now OPEN for all FALL athletes.

Auditions for the 2018-19 After Hours Vocal Jazz Ensemble are around the corner.  After Hours is an award-winning vocal jazz ensemble that is highly recognized around the state.  The group travels and performs all over the Pacific Northwest and is rooted in singing challenging music from swing, blues, latin, funk and contemporary music.  Audition sign-ups are posted outside the choir room door.  See Mr. Buhl for any questions you may have.

COMMUNITY SERVICE AND SERVICE TO SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES

Cowlitz Indian Tribe is looking for volunteers to help with activities for youth during the summer.  Sign up in the Career Center.

Lower Columbia Gardens needs volunteers to help in the gardens at elementary and middle schools.  This can be used for community service hours or service to school points.  Schedules are available in the Career Center.

Olympic Elementary School Garden Club needs volunteers on Thursdays, 3:00-4:30pm in the garden behind the gym.  They also need volunteers for their Cooking Club on Fridays, 3:00-5:30 at Monticello Middle School.  Sign up in the Career Center.
